1958年，环磷酰胺作为一种广谱抗肿瘤药出现在临床，现今，它仍然是最有效的免疫抑制剂之一。环磷酰胺通过抑制特定的细胞内信号通路，与糖皮质激素联合使用尤为有效。其用于治疗多种自身免疫性疾病包括系统性红斑狼疮、肌炎/皮肌炎、系统性硬化症、白塞病等。
当地时间9月1日，阿根廷“不明原因肺炎”再增1例死亡。

王先生2013年11月于体检发现肝脏占位，但是未予以重视。一年后行腹部MRI检查示肝左右叶交界异常强化肿块，考虑恶性肿瘤。在发现后立刻行肝肿瘤切除术+胆囊切除术。术后病理示肝内低分化胆管细胞癌。
